Long time no post :)

As we get ready to go back to school, the boys that is, I thought I'd give a little summary of our summer 2009.

We all went to camp as usual, the big boys got to go on field trips 3 times per week and swimming everyday for all who wanted to. Z re-learned how to swim (thank god!) R&J just keep getting better and better!

A new thing we did this summer was the UofM reading class at the BCC campus for 5 Saturdays in a row. This was not considered fun whatsoever but definitely, it was necessary :) I hope, in the end, that they all learned something :) I know I did! Dad should go and not me :) He likes it, I kind of feel the same way the boys feel about it, so, really it's better if he goes :) (hint, hint there's still one more left!)

We had planned to go on a cruise this summer. Figuring, that I work here and all, who would have thought it would be a problem? It was :( Mostly, due to the fact that they sent so many ships to Europe this summer, pretty much left Miami bare :( Week after week we were disappointed as they offered us less then we needed, finally, we'd had enough and took our vacation into our own hands. After a Friday evening with a few too many beers to drown my sorrows, we just did it, I made reservations and off we went :) It wasn't what we had originally wanted but we had a wonderful time all the same!

First, we went to Orlando for our first trip to Sea World and Aquatica! This was so much fun!!

Then we drove (the really long way :) don't worry honey, it was fun!) down to Marco Island. We love it there! We went 3 years ago and it was just as awesome this time!

The boys met some friends on the beach :)

Awesome sunsets!

What more could we ask for?

Anyway, I don't think I've ever had such a long post :) Kind of proud actually...

Oh, before I go...something extremely exciting happened in my digi scrap life! I was accepted onto the Lilypad's creative team!! A dream come true!!

Ok, thanks for reading (not that anyone reads but whatev!)

I know this is an old post, but, I had to come see a few Sea World pics. I just would love to take the kids to Florida and see those beautiful beaches. The only ocean beach I've been to was Hawaii, and it wasn't exactly kid or swimming friendly there - the surf is way too intense. Someday we will make a trip down and I will call and bug you to meet us. :)

Plus, I like seeing your pics b/c I'm like - well, I'll be there in 5 years with our twins. :)

Sounds like a blast was had by all! To answer your question from my blog, yes, my book will be available on the Nook in the beginning of May. Happy reading! Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. =)
